is it possible to use S300 with JDM P30

 

Im wondering the same question? What do you JDM P30 ECU guys use for managment

 

i'm using a programmed chip with uberdata now and planning to go with S300 all i want is to make sure that the s300 can be installed into my ecu

 

the s300 cant be installed in the jdm square ecu's then need to be installed in the rectangle ecu's

is it only becuase of the shape of the ecu or the board it self, i can modifie the shape of my ecu if thats the only problem.

 

no clue but all hondata says is just that its not compatiable with square jdm ecu's

this is what i read too but i want to know if someone tried to install it......

 

So you can still use Uberdata and stuff? And it's just the shape of the JDM one that limits it?

You will need to get a USDM ECU. I am using a USDM P72 in my car instead of the JDM P72 that I used with my S200.

The internal bracing and mount for the P72 daughterboard prevents the S300 from being installed. The P30 will have similar issues.

 

That sux. Are there any problems using the free programs like chrome, uberdata and neptune with the P30? Since there are no fitment issues it should be ok right?

 

Just trade your JDM ecu for a USDM ecu.
