You'll find the answers to all your questions here:

I know it's a long thread, but there's a button at the top of the page when you're in the thread that allows you to search the thread specifically.

lol... seriously. Boost gauge is tee'd to a port that sees boost. there are several nipples on the back of the manifold section that you can tee from. Have you even looked at the JRSC? Do you know how they work?

Find out your buddys complete setup and post it up, if its not dyno tunned his hp may varry from 230hp to 260hp, i believe on a potent race setup you can see 300+hp but no more, i believe jack from LHT performance has a ls vtec setup with a 92mm stroked bottom end b16 head with portwork and i believe stock cams if im correct, lht man., with the lht header matched to a according to him a loud *** 3'' catback, motor i believe made around 310hp.im building a setup and im aiming close to 300hp so ill see..
tee off the boost gauge to the vac line that connects from the fuel pressure regulator to one of the nipples on the back of the manifold (theres two one on top of the other) to the map sensor, i have a extra map sensor on the throtle body so i use a other map sensor to tee off the vac line. this should help.
