Default rusted turbo piping, help....

I picked up some piping from a friend of mine, off a revhard kit, he left it out in the rain one day and the pipes got pretty rusty...is there anything i can do to save the piping..like powdercoat/ jet hot coat or something like that ? Some friends have told me just to spraypaint it with some engine paint...what do yall think??

Sandblast them and then have them powdercoated, ask the powder coater if they can get inside and outside coverage.

Jet hot would work but it would be dang expensive. If you do this don't sandblast them you are paying for them to prepare the pipes anyways.
