Rust on Manifold

Default Rust on Manifold

I have taken off my manifold and turbo

now the manifold has been sitting around, and it's been snowing and raining

then i see some rust on it

should I remove those rust before I put them back in??
if YEs, what should I use?/

WD-40 then sand paper??

WD-40 and Sandpaper is fine.

Maybe you should get it Jet=Hot coated or somethign while it's off before you put it back on.
