Running to rich.........
I am runnning 8psi on a turboed b16a2 in a 97 hatch and my air fuel ratio reads that everything is okay but you can smell alot of fuel through the exhaust and in the oil on the dip stick. What do i do to fix this problem? I also have a vfac any help is aprectated....

this is pretty basic info, you should have took more time to research what you are doing before you built/bought a boosted car. To fix this you have to pull the engine block apart, hone the cyclinders, and replace the piston rings. You cant do it yourself and it is expensive, depending on who you know

before you assume anything as far as poor ring seal... do a compression test.. if you come back with positive results then its not the ring seal. Plus, blowby results usually in white smoke coming out of the exhaust and through the valve cover nipple

you can intsall cast iron rings yourself if your cylinder walls are decent, but i would not ever replace any rings with cast iron. Put in chrome rings without having the cylinder walls honed and they will probably never seat right
thanks for the help..... we are goin to try and see what we can do... we have the tools and a place to do it so we are going to probally give it a shot...
