Default Running lean

I am running very lean at 7psi on my b16, and sadly i have been for a while. I finally got the cash to purchase an s200w/boost, rc 550, fuel pump, etc. I know this will help my fuel problem, but how do i know what damaged has been caused by running so lean, and what damage is usually caused by running lean for a while. Any symptoms of certain problems. Thanks

I believe you could just do a compression and leakdown test. If the results are fine, then you should be good to go. I'd do that before you tune, so you don't waste money on a tune (that's in case you need a rebuild).
