Yea the peace of mind may be worth the price. But this crx is bad ***, and I think if something does fail, the owner is aware that it was inevitable. Great job on the car, that is what its all about, having fun.

Man, this thing is freaking sweet. I wouldn't have the guts to trust eBay for this sort of thing though.

Props to you!

Well as long as that Ebay turbo doesn't fall apart and take your entire engine with it, good deal.

yup it is a street car, and yes there is some money into his car but its very close to how much that guy spent on his crx. The car is all peiced together with used parts you know bargin shoping. But all n all theres plenty of people runnin around the streets and tracks with ebay turbo kits over here and they kick *** lol. My buddy just got his car tuned buy my tuner, on chrome and with the 800 dollar cast iron ebay turbo kit. He layed down 355hp 253ft on a forged piston and rod lsv set up nothing else done to the b16 head and the turbo was soooooo tiny like a 50trim on 14psi.
Big up's to ebay

nice crx. I am extremely impressed with how fast you are going on a cheap kit especially using a ebay setup.

good **** i was waiting for one of these builds, your not broke if you choose to use a lesser brand with less quality but not the worst part. it just means your doing a true budget build
Really dude? Sure, ebay parts work and maybe in the small percentage of users, they work for a while with no issues. The thing is that the majority of them fail, have horrible fitment, etc. and that is about the only thing consistent with them. Props to the guy who did it on a build. But don't bash the people who can afford and choose to purchase the parts that are consistently improved, supported and actually contribute to our sport. Without these companies, the knock egay people won't have anything to copy.

alot of shops dont like the fact that you buy from ebay because it takes money out of there pockets because they feel you should be supporting them instead of from ebay.

i have went the expensive route, and the cheap one both and ill tell you i had more issues with the top dollar **** thatn with the cheaper stuff.

so in the end its not about what you feel i should do but what i want to do, and to be honest dont let anyone influence if away from what you can afford.
