Default RNR evo dyno

My friend Ryan of RNR racing here in San Diego dyno'd his 2.4litre EVO.

Here is a run down on his setup:

2.4litre 4g64 9:1 compression built block
pte fmic
RNR Manifold / downpipe / exhaust
GT35R bb
hks 272 cams
stock EVO head
autoronic ecu

He said he was running lean and thats why the dyno graph looks weird - he let off at around 5000rpms. He just installed the autoronic but likes it so far just hasnt got it all tuned nice yet.

542 hp and 615 ft lb's. Checkout that torque!! At 4300rpms even!! Both pulls were at 30psi on race gas.

Eye candy (sorry about the big pictures):

i dunno about when they are modded but stock evo's seem to pull harder top end of the gear. i wouldn't doubt if he takes care of the fuel prob and rev's out higher that he would get close to 610-650 whp. otherwise nice car.

Not bad.
My friend has a 91 talon tsi witha 4g64 with a smaller turbo then the GT35r and makes 550whp on 94 pump gas. He should make well over 600 on C16. We'll see once he gets his tranny in and gets it on the dyno. But that evo looks sweet and i can only imagen how fast it is..

I got a chance to see all the fast Evo's at E-town the other day, it was awsome. Boost solutions, turbo trix etc. .
