on the RING again, destroyed them all
Some Round times from the Salzburgring I was yeterday, sorry, no Vids this time.
BEST TIMES OF SOME MEASRUED CARS:
Audi S3 with better brakes and slicks, 265hp: 1.45
Turbo Porsche with streettires, 430PS: 1.43
Turbo Porsche with Yokohama A048R 470PS: 1.38
Turbo ITR with 2 year old Slicks and stock brakes: 1.35,5
Yamaha R1 motorcylce with good hobby driver: 1.30 - 1.32
some 600ccm motorbikes: 1.33 - 1.34
Today is Ferrari driving day and I will watch this event and show some rich guys my 50000 usd car round times vs them 2 million usd supercars.
I was 6 times on the Austrian tracks this year without a single engine problem. Reved the **** out of my motor for a total of 6 hours on the tracks. Stock sleeves, yes!
47000 miles on the engine total
24000 miles n/a
7000 miles with JRSC
16000 miles total on the turbo ebgine
550 miles tracked the car to its limit. 6 hours of shifting at redline, braked on the limits, shiffted down like there is no tomorrow. Never thougt that the engine is that reliable.
btw: much ooohhhh's and aaahhhhhhhh's from the other drivers and watchers.

very awsome,
my friend is going to get a kick out of this (he has a usdm ITR with i/h/e).
he just crashed his car, so is deciding whether to keep it or get something else.
I think he should keep it.

Much respect. Showing exotics what an economy car can do. Also, showing all the eagle haters that the rods are more than capable of withstanding some heavy abuse.
