Default which is right????

Just got my motor built and its run in now so went to turn the boost up but wanted to do it slowly. Anyway the problem is that my S-afc says 0.6 but my blitz turbo timer says 0.83.
The afc should be right as it gets it signal from the map sensor but has anyone else found this?

Are you running check valves or a missing link? Anything that mechanically bleeds boost pressure from the map sensor will throw the reading off under boost. Also if you have installed any type of electronic map clamping device before the afc, the reading will be off. Barring any of these scenarios, I'd trust the afc reading over the turbo timer reading. Just throw on a mechanical boost guage and verify which reading is correct, and no a wideband will have no effect on the boost pressure.

Theres no check valve or any thing in there just the straight hack. Going to borrow a gauge tomorrow and check it with that.
