I just bought a rev hard kit and dp has no o2 sensor, do I need the o2 sensor to stop my check lights from coming on??? Do i need the o2 sensors?? Also how big is the diameter of the DP, is it 2.5 inches or 3 inches and does that matter??

 

Yes you need the o2 sensor to stop the check engine light from coming on. The rev hard dp is 2.5". 3" dp may give you faster spool time though 2.5" works fine.

Yeah you have to get the O2 bung welded onto the downpipe.

 

what if i dont want an O2 sensor, can the air/fuel gauge work?

A/F ratio meter runs off the O2 sensor, so I don't see how you're going to get the gauge to work without an O2.

 

yup he is right(inspryal). just go to advanced auto and get the right size spark plug defouler and get a hack saw and weld that bitch in there. or if u have a muffler shop around they will have one..
