reusing valve guides

reusing valve guides

i got aftermarket valves, springs, cams, retainers, new OEM seats, new OEM seals, and reusing keepers.

My quiestion is, can i reuse my valve guide?

edit: the only way a valve guide can get damaged is if a valve bent right? so it should be ok to reuse my guides ???

That depends on how much wear the original valves wore into the guides i would measure it then decide if you want to reuse them or not

how would i measure them? with what tool? because i dont think a caliper would fit ?

The machine shop that's doing the valve job can do it for you.
