returnless fuel setups?

I saw an article on a turbo Miata that was faced with this same situation (I don't remember where...sorry). Basically what they had to do was figure out how to counteract the fact that the fuel pressure stays constant even as manifold pressure rises.
They basically had to run artificially high duty cycles to compensate.

Tap the fuel rail, use an additional injector controlled by a Haltech F5.
Works perfectly on my setup (01 Civic EX with t3/4b at 8psi).

Re: returnless fuel setups? (tony1)
RSX's also have returnless fuel systems correct? If so, greddy has recently release a kit for the RSX. In a back issue of Sport Compact Car, the greddy RSX was running a E-manage system to control the fuel timing etc...running 440cc injectors. Now are these RSX kits shipping with pre-programmed E-manage units, or just a variation of the FCU that came with all the other greddy kits?

so is the extra injector used to spray the remains of the fuel, so there wont be any gas to return? Are there FPRs?

Re: returnless fuel setups? (DeepSi)
The extra injector supplements the 4 stock injectors... adding only what fuel is required for boost. When out of boost, the additional injector does not fire, and only the stock 4 injectors fire.
There is a fuel pressure regulator of sorts... when it senses a pressure drop on the rail, it tells the pump to flow more. You can actually see the momentary pressure drop when I go into boost on my fuel pressure gauge. When pressure starts to build (letting off the gas pedal) it tells the pump to slow back down.
