Default retorquing ARP's on a D16Z6 - on hot or cold engine ?

as post says ... I'm at my 7th heat cycle right now, so I'll have to retorque in 2 days at the most

..used OEM head gasket

Cold. Just like how you torqued them when they were first installed.
