Thrush/Dynomax SS 4"x25" round, 3" in/out.

Magnaflow SS 4"x20" with 3" in/out.
You can also get non-SS and louvered mufflers from Summit. I used an 18" and 24" cheapies from summit for my EF 3", and it sounded very nice w/o cat or muffler.
You could probably find some on ebay or from other smaller companies, but those two companies have solid products and Summit has good service.

you deff don't "need" a 25" res. just go down to your local exhaust shop and get a res.
the ones in my town are about 18" long are reversable so you can choose if you want it quiter or more performance/louder. sense they have little scoops that grab exhaust.
oh and there like $12-20 depending on the size.

I can't comment on cats, I don't run them here in WI.
As for 'glasspacks', they are loud on trucks because people usually remove their cats and mufflers, and are also NA. The turbo housing alone works as good as any resonator. Resonators usually remove most higher pitch sound, while mufflers quiet it down all across the board.
If you are worried about noise, then you need another muffler/resonator, or a chaimbered muffler, period. Most people who have straight-through exhausts will run a resonator like I posted, along with a straight-through glass-packed muffler that's 4x9 or 5x8 or something.
There IS a different solution - electronic cutouts. I use a 2.56" cutout and a stock muffler - dead silent when I want, but also better power & spool on demand too.

if you want quiet we sell a 3" twister muffler. inside is baffled with a spiral core
it makes our in-hour exhaust systems STUPID quiet. i personally run them on my own cars ( 4 inch exhaust on my 72mm supra making 734 WHP) and install them on local customer cars that like quiet with minimal power loss.
PM me for info/pricing
3" inlet /outlet 41277 12" body overall length 18
or
3"inlet/outlet 41777 17 body overall length 23
in the back i have a 4" dynomax bullet which honestly does jack Sh*t because its too small and filled with fiberglass, itll burn out shortly

i'd highly recommend using the twister and a magnaflow 5X8 muffler
ill see if i can get some soundclips this week of a 3 inch exhaust on our all motor k20 EK with the twister and magnaflow muffler its quiet
we put it on the redzone JDM ITR with 84mm motor 4 inch exhaust without twister = yell to talk
with twister = talk like a normal person

I do have to say that's some innovative muffler. The usual [crap] muffler design has the gas change direction 180* twice. Since sound really likes to move straight and gases will twist like that easily, I have little doubt they are more effective.
However, I still wouldn't take that over my cutout, especially when there's a OEM muffer after it. Mine also opens in 1/3 a second...

Yeah well I got to figure out what I am going to do because that sounds like a really good idea. To use that grand prix thing. But the dynomax resonator is what I am looking at. But when I looked at that twister muffler but I can not find a price???

There are so many ones to choose from. I was just going to get the longest one. That is all.. But those spiral ones seems really good, and seems better than than the dynomax 3 inch one!!
