Default Resistor Box Question for when using DSM 450s

Hey all. I recently finished my custom T3 install on my 95 hatch equipped with a JDM ZC SOHC VTEC motor. The car is up and running, but we're having issues with the Bosch Fuel Pressure Regulator with Boost Reference. From what we can tell so far, the thing is crap. I am running a PLX Devices wideband 02 sensor, so I'm getting accurate air/fuel readouts. The car runs at a steady 12:1-13:1 under normal driving, but as soon as I get up to even minimal boost levels, the PLX starts giving me 16s and 17s. WAY TOO LEAN! The FPR doesn't seem to recognize the boost and I'm not getting any more fuel no matter how rich I tune the VAFC.
Because of this, I'm going to do the same thing as Liam did with his AFC(run an unlimited map and set fuel curve for -40%). I'm going to switch back to the stock honda FPR also. I'm also running the following for fuel delivery:
Walbro 255 lph pump
High flow fuel rail
Stock 240 cc injectors
Anyway, might as well get to the point. I just bought some DSM 450s and the resistor box to make them work on the car. My level of knowledge on Hondas prior to OBD1 is extremely limited, so I have no idea as to what to do with the resistor box. If anyone could tell me where to hook it up or show me a good link on where it goes I'd much appreciate it. Thanks!

If you need more info, please let me know. Here's some pics of the current setup:

I apologize if this is a retarded question, but I can't find any threads here that have the answer I'm looking for. The injectors are going in as soon as I find out what to do with the resistor box, so any answer would be awesome.
