Take the wires going to the injectors and cut all 4 feed leads---->connect to 4 black wires of box. Other end of 4 wires from injector harness get tied into the red wire on the box.
Thats it.

*EDIT* Or just look above. I lost that pic.

Does everyone pull a resistor box of another car? From the bottom diagram its looks like you could just make these things....?

Devin, who doesnt know much about electrical devices.

You can use resisters inline. The oem resister boxes are basically just a bundle of resisters in a big heat sink. Big heat sink = long cool resister life.

The polarity of the DSM's clips doesn't matter. They don't get wired into the resistor box directly per se, but rather the box is wired into the injector harness. The injector clips are wired onto the harness(where you cut your stock ones off) downstream from the resistor box.

so as mine. we have the 1G. mine came off a plymouth laser with part number B450L INP-009. these injectors have multi color wire vice black/yellow that everybody is talking about. eventhough inspyral does have a valid point that it should not matter. i'm just a little skeptic because if it doesnt, then why is there an instruction on having the black/yellow wire on the 2G injectors connecting to the black wire on the resistor pack......i'm still confused. i'm not an electrician nor electronic dude......enlighten us please........

Question, why hack the injector harness when Honda has a plug just for this on the drivers side wiring harness?

"That plug that has all those wires and just a cap looking thing is actually a power distribtion block. It goes for the IACV power , O2 sensor heater power, all the injectors, and maybe one or two other functions"

Dammit, oh well I tried.

sorry to bring this back from the dead, but I've heard something about having to check for "continuity" on the wires and the stock harness? I'm totally confused about that.

Get a multimeter (or voltmeter whatever you call it). Pull 1 yellow wire out of the connector and unplug 1 injector clip. Touch 1 probe of the multimeter to each end, when it reads 0.00 then you have "continuity" which basically means the injector clip corresponds to the end of the yellow wire you have in your hand (its the same piece of wire).
You have to do that cause there are only 4 injectors but like 6 wires in that connector.
PM me if you need more info
