i was worried about the solder joints, the weight of the resistors flopping around after awhile could maybe break the wire so i just did it this way ,,, i guess i could extend some wires and mount it under the i/m.. whixh i may when i pull the motor to do the build

Ouch! I got my resistor box for $10. Although I think your method looks cooler.

yeah ,, it sucked but my house is liek 1 hour aways from the shop ,, ( i ahve like 5 or 6 olskool resitor boxs),, but had to have them then so i could tune, in the end i think they look cool anyway
It's nice to see something different. We all see thousands of modified honda/acuras and they all look the same. It's like you can tell what most engine bays will look like without popping the hood because it's like there is some sort of rule that says you have to conform to a certain look. Heck, even people in this thread are telling you to hide the wires. It's good to be different.
wtf...did you shove one end of a "t" into the autometer fitting for you boost gauge?? haha, does it work?
btw, resistor's look cool....... and not because you're different, that's just a stupid way to describe it. they jst look "industrial"

yeah that was also a quick fix i actually tapped the autometer t with a corse thread tap and screwed it in with some gasket maker,, works fine,, i just ordered a vac manifold so i can clean the vac lines up a lil

Hey he said he was think of mounting it under the IM, i was just edging him on
.
Being different sucks when it costs 6x as much and has unknown reliability IMO. I build lots of parts for myself that fall into this 'different' catogory so i know from experiance. Either way he did a good job with what he had so
for that.

Yeah I definately like it but $56 is WAAAAAAY too exspensive when a huge clunky resistor box is free - $15. Good job though
