I've personally never rebuilt or replaced any internals on a turbo before. Where can I buy seals and stuff for turbos? I'm possibly buying a used T-25 in the next few days and I would like to be safe and fix it up a little so I know it will not leak.

Most online places do not even sell turbos alone, and if you are lucky they are in kits like apexi or greddy. Rebuilding them seems like its a pretty easy, basic, straight forward job, anyone have any tips?
