Default Replacing the diaphragm in an external wastegate...??

I wonder if anyone here has had to do this... I have an XS-power wastegate (yeah, yeah, I know,I know...cheap junk) It has never given me ANY problems at all. I'm sad to say that when I changed the spring in it, I made a little hole in the diaphram. It's not a huge deal, it just spikes a tiny bit. (set at 8.7..spikes to almost 10 and then back, NO ping at all, it's still safe) I was able to get another diaphragm, but I can figure out how to take the spring cup apart to change it. Is the damn thing pressed/sanwiched together? Some here has had to of done this. It's exactly the same as a tial gate. I'm even useing a tial spring in it....
