Default replacement turbo

hello i have an eBay t3/t4 57 trim in my car and the turbo is blown. i found a replacement turbo locally and i want to know if it will sut my setup. i am running 15 psi on a rebuilt stock internal d16y7 with arp head studs 450cc dsm injector spa top mount manifold 3" down pipe and don't know the hp # but i ran 13.94 at 100.4 mph 1/4 Et. the turbo that i found is a new Garrett t04b h-trim 0.70 a/r compresses and a stage 3 turbine and once the engine blows i d like to rebuilt it with forged internals and hit 300whp. sorry for my spelling i am from Quebec (we speak french) thanks in advance for any help

that turbo sounds a bit to big but im no genius either. also psi doesnt translate to hp

Turbo is too large for your needs and you will not be happy with the results, it will be laggy. Get a Garrett t3t4 50 trim .63 ar you will hit 300whp with that no problem and it will be responsive.

thanks for the info. the t04b h-trim that i found the guy want 500$ and i can have it today. if i order a Garrett T3/T4 50 Trim it cost 685$ plus the shipping and taxes and i have to wait 2 week until it deliver to Canada do you think its going to be that bad installing a t04b h-trim?

Yes it'll be bad
It's to big for your little motor, just being honest. Just order the t3/t4 and wait for it and be patient.

Consider this
A t04e has larger compressor wheels and housings
A t04b h has a rather small wheel in a smaller housing

Both should share the same stage 3 turbine wheel
