Default Replaced my MSD blaster SS coil for a MSD Blaster 2 coil... is it ok or not ??

Ok my MSD blaster SS coil that I was running for about 5 years now died last weekend... and cost me 120$ for a flatbed trip

So I have a MSD Blaster 2 coil that I already instaled cuz it was laying in the garage... I tryed the car with it and it seems to run fine.

My car has been tuned with the Blaster SS... is there any reasons that I should no run a different coil ??

I just dont feel safe cuz on the MSD website they do not have the exact same spec.

Picture of the Blaster 2 :

specs : http://www.msdignition.com/coi...3.htm

Picture of the Blaster SS :

specs : http://www.msdignition.com/coil_blaster_6_8207.htm

so am I ok with my new coil... well I didnt feel any difference for now except than my FM radio is not working anymore lol probably the resistance of the coil ?

I just did the same swap between my old MSD Blaster SS and the new(er) MSD Blaster 2 coil that I had laying in the garage. Car runs fine. I wouldn't worry about it. Later!
