Default removing turbo timer?????

i was about to remove my turbo timer but thought to myself, would it effect the ignition system in my car. i have a 96 accord. i had the turbo timer installed with my custom kit so the shop installed it. if i were to take it off at the source of the wires will my car not start?

are the wires just spliced into the main wires?

yeah...they should just be tapped into a couple of wires (six or so from what i remember). just undo the solders or wire taps. cover any exposed wires and it will be just like it was and no worries. make sure you undo the negative before you start messin.
