Default Relocation of Radiator overflow

Has anyone relocated there radiator overflow tank? What will happen if I route the hose towards the ground. Do they make smaller ones? Different shape? The air filter for the turbo needs to be just about tright where my overlow is.......

you can remount it anywhere you want.

the collant is pressurized and the radiator cap holds it all in. when too much pressure (heat) it opens the spring.

so hose routing wont matter at all.

summit and jegs sell some canisters for this that are round and come in different colors.

I've been wondering this too...I saw some universal one at a store and it said to mount it as high as possible. Why the hell would that be? Mine is full of mold and ****...think I might replace it with some gatorade bottle or something
