Default Rebuilding question

I am rebuilding my b16 84mm je pistons. I washed my rings out and need to replace them. What I was wondering if I should have my sleaves rehoned or can i use one of those scuffers that go on a drill. I would like to keep my cylinder diameter if possible. Input? It is turbo
