rebuilding d15b1
hey guys, i'm looking to rebuild my d15b1 motor that is in my 1990 civic dx hatch.just wanted to know how much it would cost to do. any help would be much appreciated. oh i'm trying to build for a turbo.
why rebuild it. just go buy another one with a 3month warranty. its like 250 dollars with a core exchange. that motor is pretty fast... got carbs.. haha, ill slap the twin point injector on it, it pulls.

If you plan on boosting, there is no point in rebuilding that motor. If you really want a d15 (not a d15b that is), then buy one for next to nothing from somebody. Otherwise, look for a d16 (any is better for boost, z6 is probably the most preferred.) or a d15b.
