alright, so my car was recently tuned a couple weeks ago with hondata. everything was cool then for some reason my check engine light came on, ran it on a scanner said the first o2 sensor was bad or something. now that was weird cause it would not come on then at some random time it would turn on (usually when i was decelerating) so ? then it would stay on till i turned the car off, then when i turned it back on it would be off. i dunno.

so my o2 sensor might be loose or bad, i havent gotten to look into it yet. but then today it started doing something REALLY REALLY messed up. when i was driving to work i was in forth at about 2.5k then all of a sudden the rpms dropped to 1k the check engine light came on, then the rpms went back up and the light went off. and obviously this dramatic drop in rpms jolted me forward and my car like 'jumped'. really really weird. then it started doing it again and again very randomnly, not too often, but every few minutes???? it also did it when i was in nuetral but obviously i didnt feel it. anyone have any idea? any help is appreciated.

mods are as follows:
drag gen III turbo kit with blitz BOV and tial wastegate (set at 10psi)
tuned with hondata s200 with launch control, full throttle shift, and datalogging
rc 440cc injectors
turboxs manual boost controller
skunk 2 intake manifold
act XCT clutch
act aluminum flywheel

 

O2 sensors gone most likely, try another one see if that fixes the problem not hard to do.

 

would an 02 sensor really do that though, make my car drop in rpms? cause i know its not a real big deal thats why i was going to put off checking it out until this weekend. but i mean when i was accelerating in 1st and got to 2k that **** dropped and it felt like i had just hit something. that would be great if thats all it was though.

yep, your ecu rely's on input from the o2 sensor

 

, i knew i could count on you guys. do they sell those at like pep boys or napa, or do i have to go to an acura dealership? thanks again.

go to honda or acura, don't waste your money or time with the crappy bosch (local parts store) o2 sensors, i replaced mine with a honda unit and have had no problems since
