RC 750cc injector problems

Hey guys and gals, went to get my car tuned last night and when we went to put on the RC 750cc injectors the top part fit in without the o-ring, but the o-ring was way to big has anyone ever had this problem if so what did you do to fix it?

The part number is- SH4-750
