well i slaped that **** on today using the same stock exhaust gasket... it work fine with my old log manifold, but ever sinced i slaped on the Ramhorn.. That **** got pretty loud. I tightin everything down from dp to exhaust. My friend said it might be the gasket.. But I noticed when i install the manifold, i couldnt get like 2 bolts in causse the ramhorn was blocking it.
Can that be it?

yes!
if you couldn't get two bolts on the manifold... i means that exhaust gas is escaping from there... that is why its loud.... tighten all that **** up and you'll be fine... later Mike
you prob didnt get the nuts on cylinder 1 and 4 cuz you need to si the manifold on the edge of the studs and slowly thread them in as you push in the manifold too. so basically the nuts hrea and sucks the manifold into the head. get the MR gasket copper gasket. **** works wonders

I had to shave the top bolts down by almost half, yes #1 and #4 are a pain in the ***, but you will have to grind them down some and install those bolts first. Then install the rest of the bolts and tighten up the header evenly, that will make a big difference in sealing.
