I know this is a newb question and i may not know much about it but this is how one learns. Anyway i am not exactly sure if it is possible but i was wondering if it is possible to use the buddy club race headers for 07 civic si sedan for a turbo set up. if not what would you recommend for that?

To answer your question, no. You can only use the mentioned header with a Supercharger, a Turbocharger needs its own manifold.

Go read a few books and articles. You shouldn't even consider turboing your car if you know nothing about its fundamentals.
