qwik stoopid question?

wen i mount my turbo to the manifold the oil out is not perpindicular to the ground, it's parallel. i heard it will not drain, so how do i fix this??

Clock it. Loosen the bolts on the catridge, adjust, retighten.

you can adjust either the bolts on the compressor or exhaust, your choice.just make sure you snug them back after you have it rotated.
