I have quite a few parts let over from a previous build and I wanna incorporate them into my newly acquired type-s. One of those parts being a Tial 38mm 2 bolt WG. Seems like all the sidewinder manifolds I see have a v-band for the 44mm MVS gates. I found an adapter that lets you turn your 38mm 2 bolt flange into a 44mm v-band, but not sure if that will work the other way around.

I was thinking turn it around and use the V-band side of the flange to connect to the manifold and the 38mm 2 bolt side to the wastegate I have now. Hopefully that makes sense?

Also, because Im already here ill ask. I cant seem to find charge pipes for an RSX, on the full-race website the closest I can find are these: http://www.full-race.com/store/charg...0mm-q-bov.html

Obviously that's not an RSX but im still wondering if they will fit. Thanks

you can use it, but you're gonna run into a ton of boost creep issues with a 38mm wastegate.

 

unless of course he runs alot of boost...

 

I wont be, maybe 13-14lb's on my little garrett 57. Daily driver, Guess ill try to get as much as I can for this one and upgrade. Its just the fact that it was brand new Thanks
