Default Quick turbo inlet/outlet question

/Hey guys, a very quick question on the t3/t4 turbonetics i just purchased, what is this inlet or outlet used for (circled in blue)??

The turbo drain is marked and the turbo oil feed is on the other side but I just cannot figure out what these two threaded holes are for...(there is another one on the other side).

Thanks in advanced.

They are for coolant/water lines.

Check around the forum on the last few pages. It will show possibilities for connecting.

You'll just need to run the coolant feed/return lines as well.

there are multiple ways to do it. i suggest using a kit from b&r fittings. https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-49/turbo-coolant-line-kits-w-black-fittings-2014711/

if the turbo is journal bearing then most likely the oil can lubricate and cool the turbo sufficiently but running the water lines is required to keep the warranty in place.

if its ball bearing then the water lines will be needed to cool the turbo and maintain longevity.
