Quick question on turbo matching

Anyone kno a website or formula to figure out what size, trim, and AR is right for your motor ?

I'm trying to figure out if i have the right turbo.

It has a T3 flange twin flute housing, Stage 5 wheel with a 1.00AR and 60 Trim. Compressor housing says Garett
