quick question... itr pistons in b18c
i just popped in itr pistons into my gsr. im looking to build a low boost set up.. can itr pistons handle 8lbs.. im using hastings rings and stock gsr rodds bushed to fit the itr slugs
thanks
btw i do see that theres a jrsc for the c5 that runs 8 lbs.. im just curious on opinions due to the c1 block and itr pistons.. i know my cr will be around 11:01

Your going to increase compression from 10:1- 10,8:1 by doing that.
Why dont change to a set of eagle rods and cp pistons.
Its not going to cost you much.

i popped in the itr set up because it costed me around 38 bones a slug... timing belt and waterpump were a mere 60 bucks from work.. **** i paid more for the honing and rodds being busherd to fit the new slugs then i did for parts.
i just got this turbo kit cheap and i wanted to run it... not too much boost but like i said around 8 psi. in a gutted eg hatch that will be fine for me. im looking to make around 220-250 whp.
