quick question about hondata?

Default quick question about hondata?

ok..if i was to buy either a stage 2b or 3b..do i need someone with stage 4 in order to tune my car with boost..or can i just take to a regular dyno and dyno it with wide o2 band, or whatever, i read some stuff over at hondata but i just want to make sure..thanks

im pretty sure you need an authorized dealer or a person with stage 4

The hondata 2b and 3b will come with a base program to run your car with a limited amount of boost. You will want to get it dyno tuned though when you can. Problem is closest hondata tuner to Wisconsin is in eastern michigan!

but i was wonderin do u need a dealer or can u just tune for let's say 8-12psi and not need a dealer..just collecting info before i decide on a new setup in the future..and congrats on passing smog, even though it was luck..
