QUICK HELP NEEDED WITH EMANAGE
Ok, I'm gonna try my best to describe my situation. I have a 93 civic with the greddy turbo kit and a Blitz dual drive BOV. I was having problems running extremely rich so I bought the Greddy Support Tool so I could take advantage of all of the tuning features. My laptop did not have a serial port so I went out and got a USB 2.0 serial adaptor. I installed the software and it recognized the emanage. A message box came up saying "Locking the data. Please enter a password". All of the passwords I entered were unsuccessful and left me with a continuing dilemma. I got a hold of a guy down the road who has tuned 3 cars via the AEM EMS and he suggested hitting the clear map button. I did that and now every time I attempt to connect to the emanage I get a connection error and my car starts to overheat 1/4 mile down the road. How do I get into it? WHat's with the password? Am I locked out? I need insight fast!

Re: QUICK HELP NEEDED WITH EMANAGE (wheatfroggy17)
Since nobody seems to have any knowledge of what I may be experiencing I sat and played around a little bit and I keep coming up with 2 errors. One is a communication error and the other just says that my attempt to load the software on the emanage has failed. Depending on the com ports that I use in the program it does this? What am I missing? It has to be something rather simple right? ANYTHING would be helpful. I need my car for tomorrow morning... there has to be SOMETHING I can do... come on guys

from what i've been told, any code will work. i don't have one that is password protected. you could go on the emanage group on yahoo, or mohdparts website. by the way, unless u have the ignition and injector harnesses, all your going to be able to tune is the air flow adj. map. which acts like a vafc, adjust map sensor voltage.
