Default Quick Head Gasket Question

I need some quick help since my head is going back together today.

For my LS non vtech on 11 pounds with je pistons, eagle rods, arp headstuds, what kind of HG should I use?
Stock or ML HG?
also, what thickness do you guys recommend for the HG?
