Questions about Vortech
Alright. I want to have a 12 second, full interior car. I have been doing a lot of research, going to about for different boards, and i have come up with the conclusion, that the best thing for me to get would either be a vortech, or a custom turbo. Im not sure if i know enough about turbo's to do my own work on them, and come up with a kit that suits my needs. The vortech has everything taken care of, and seems like it would best suit me. Now i was wondering what i would need for my car to be in that 12 second goal. I know i would probably need a stand alone like hondata. Now are those hard to tune? But im not too sure of what else i would need, like if i would need new fuel pump and such. I know a clutch would be needed but thats about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

come on, anyone? i guess what im really asking is, since i dont know a whole lot about what goes into a custom turbo kit, would it be better for me to get a vortech, or are there any sites i can get for learning more about turbos? thanks.

depending on the car.
in a coupe with full interior, you would need a built B16, 720 or 810cc injectors, AEM emu or Hondata, decent clutch, some type of LSD, slicks, decent suspesion, radius bars would help too. with the vortech with aftercooler, 10 psi pulley and belt, crv crank pulley. ITR valve springs...
just of the top of my head this would get you there with a Vortech.
