Question for Turbo Techies....
Okay....I have DMS 450cc injectors in my 95 Prelude VTEC....Stock injectors are 345cc....I removed my FMU and with my VAFC i left it at 0% all the way across.....It idles fine and drives fine, but when I boost, it gets leaner than 12:1.....so I re-installed the FMU....with has a 12:1 disc in it. I recently ordered a recalibration kit with dics from 4:1-12:1 and i would like to know what is the best disc to use? The 450cc DSMs drives like stock....I anm currenlty boosting 6psi and would like to do 12psi...
Here is my setup:
H22A1
Sleeved
Arias 9.6:1 CR pistons
Eagle rods
Blue printed and balanced
all new bearings
VAFC
MSD BTM
Drag 2 Turbo Kit
Crower SS valves
ACT 6 puck disk with HD PP
let me know what you guys think
Thanks

Re: Question for Turbo Techies.... (b20vtecTURBOnos)
i recently did a 94 h22 prelude with a simular setup.he has rc 440cc injectors,a 12:1 fmu and a v-afc.he is running9-10 lbs at a very conservative 11.5:1 a/f ratio.i tuned his afc on the dyno and the highest the fuel goes,if i remember correctly,is about -3 percent.it has plenty of fuel for 12psi but that would all depend on the turbo size.make sure you tune it on the dyno.i initially set a "smooth looking" curve on the afc and i wound up making it look pretty crazy to get a smooth a/f ratio.the car made 280whp at 10psi.

Re: Question for Turbo Techies.... (turbotypeR)
hmmmm I have 450cc with fmu 12:1 and i leaned it out -20% from 5000-8000rpm and -10% from 1000-4500rpm and my apexi a/f and autometer a/f still reads 10:1 A/F on top....
