Question on switching from .63 to .48 housing????

Question on switching from .63 to .48 housing????

I am planning on switching my turbo exhaust housing from a .63 to a .48 so I will have a little faster spool up. Do I need to have the wheel rebalanced or can I just switch out the housings? Right now I have a stage 3 wheel in my .63 A/R housing.

Removing the housing has no effect on the wheel.
