Default QUESTION PLEASE HELP DUTY CYCLE...

ok we started tuning my car again tonight and at 23psi it made 465 but the problem we are seeing is the duty cycle is up at 97% with 1000cc injectors, a1000 fuel pump and 55psi of static FP. Does n e 1 have an idea why we are running out of injector???

Have you checked all physical aspects of your fuel system? The only thing I can think of is that your fuel pressure may not be rising with boost pressure.

is the wideband correct? what's teh A/f? just asking cause maybe wideband says 11.5 but is really 9.8...

how do the plugs look?

do you have the right injector selected within AEM? is the multiplier correct?

what size lines are you running to and from pump to rail? is the gas tank sumped?

you may have a top end volume issue. like lines and a fuel pump that isnt up to the wask. it isnt always the pressure that you need. it is the physical volume of the fuel that you need.

what filter are you running? i remember aeromtoive wants you to run dual filters. you said -8an line, it is -8 feed and -8 return?

something is up with fuel volume, where is the pump at in position to your tank sump? shoot some pics, i know the pump has to be within a small distance and no more than a few inches taller.

but if running the std aeromotive regulator, shoudl rise 1lb per 1 psi.

how is the fpr run? -8 line?

are you sure they are 1000s?

what's your vacuum source to the regulator?
