Question before i pull my engine

So im curious as to whether or not i really have to remove the engine and transaxle together or if i can leave the transaxle in the vehicle and just pull the motor out? any information helps thanks

You can pull just the motor out and leave the tranny in the car but from what i know it's easier to remove both of them as one unit.

take both out at the same time, its way easier IMO
