question about T3/T04e feed and return lines

question about T3/T04e feed and return lines
i have a T3 T04e and it has the return
line on the top of the turbo and the feed line on the
bottom. and i do know which is which, but isnt the
return line supposed to be on the bottom. so do i just
clock the turbop all the way around to the right
position or have you known this to be on anybody
else's turbo
