Default question about running lean.

hey guys I need some opinions with this one. I pulled my spark plugs to check them and I noticed cylinders 1 and 4 were running lean. the spark plugs in 1 and 4 were greyish while cylinders 2 and 3 were a nice deep black. any ideas to why 1 and 4 could be running rich?

My Setup:

golden eagle sleeved b18c5
rollerwave pistons
eagle rods
ferrea super alloy valves, titanium springs and retainers
GSR Camshafts
Skunk 2 Adjustable Cam Gears

sc61 turbo
custom ramhorn manifold
custom downpipe and open exhaust

AEM EMS
MSD Digital 6

Any input?

has your AEM EMS been tuned?

the EMS can control each injector individually so be careful that you don't run one or two cylinders leaner than the other.

is it possible for 2 cylinders to run lean and the dyno sniffer still shows up rich? I am gonna take it to the tuner and sort this out on the dyno.
