Question about n20

I have crower stage 2 vtec ( all motor ) cams in my h22 ek. Can I run n20 safely. If so how much?

my guess is that if you have an allmotor cam in there, especially a stage 2 then N2O may not be the proper way to go. when i went N2O on my last project, i got rid of the all motor stuff(cams), they dont have the same type of lobe that an FI cam would have
