Default Question about my greddy kit

I have an SOHC greddy kit with custom piping for my spearco intercooler. I have a blitz BOV, and I guess it never actually worked, becasue it would sound like it but I never felt air coming out of it. It was coming out of the intake filter off the turbo. So I took it to the shop and they said it was not set up right and they fixed it, so now air actually comes out of the BOV and it makes a woosh sound. The thing is I now hear the old sound and the new one, one right after the other! It goes stsss then woosh. Plus it seems like I lost some power in the low end. WTF is this normal?

maybe loosen the BOV some more. you are probably still getting some compressor surge. That should not have effected power at all.

This what my BOV looks like, now I would loosen the bolt and unscrew the inner piece in or out?

1) loosen the nut
2) turn the bolt loose-> counter clockwise (greddy)
3) tighten the nut

that's it. good luck
