Default Question about material for IC Piping

Gotta a question here...since I'll be doing my turbo install myself and only have a weekend to do it (total of 4 days since I took vacation off of work) I have everything in order, even a chipped ECU now...the problem I run into is I do NOT think I have NEARLY enough piping. The kit I bought came with a front mount intercooler and the charge piping that came with the kit looks like it was for a side mount intercooler. My local tuner ordered me a 180 degree bend piece of pipe that may get me through the passenger side but I'm still gonna be screwed for the drivers side...I was wondering if there is any kind of silicone piping (since it is flexible) that would be able to withstand the heat/PSI from the turbo (will only be running 7-9 PSI...starting at only 7) The only reason I'm trying to do this is because as I stated...I only have 4 days to do it which will not be enough time to order custom piping and even if my tuner could make the piping I have no way of getting the car there for them to determine what size/bends I'll be needing since by the time I will know the car will be on jacks with the front end ripped apart...is this an all around bad idea?? I know I know I'm being a cheap *** but it's something I'm wondering. I know flexpipe for exhaust will not work because it leaks too much pressure out of it to be able to use...so anything else?

I just used some 90* and a couple 45* silicone elbows,as well as straight couplers.Along with that I used aluminized exhaust tubing.Make sure of what you need for reducers too (turbo to piping, piping to tb,intercooler to piping). This is pretty common way of doing it.

Thanks for the reply...I deffinitly have the reducers from intercooler to piping and TB ETC and a lot of couplers that are the size of my piping so I'm good to go there, just gotta get the piping. Now in case of a sticky situation where my tuner would have the right size silicone elbows can a patch piece of radiator hose work as a temp until they would be able to get some in? TIA.

Ok sooo uhhh any opinions on using radiator hose and also is there a certain length//type of stainless steel oil return line for the tubro to oil pan I should get...right now I have it ghetto rigged to use it and I'm afraid the downpipe will melt it.

IN THE WORST CASE:

Goto napa or some **** and buy some crush bent exhaust piping.

I dont know what ur trying to do with all this silcone house and radiator ****, just buy some piping, some bends and some couplers and make it work, it would cost u like 50 at napa.

If u get it tuned with some **** IC piping, its gonna need to get tuned again when u get the real ****

Yea I'll have to make do..now I want to actually get some SS braided line for the oil return...my oil feed is already this. I have some high psi line but it's rubber and it's a barbed coupling at the turbo and at the oil pain...I don't know what NPT or a/n fittings to use and I have no idea what size to get...If it helps I have a garrett t3 super 60 if that helps and here are some pics of the bottom/side if someone can give me an idea I will order them offline tonight right away....
