lightened crank
prelude type s piston std size 11:1
skunk stage 1 cams
supertech valve spring
supertech flat faced valves
Supertech titanium retainers
one layer oem headgasket
euror manifold
maxbore 66mm TB
PP head
3 angle valve job

Your set up is nice, the weak link is the cast pistons. A 75 shot is a safe bet. If your tuning capabilities are up to par you could bump it to 100 or 120 but you'll cringe every time you spray it.

yea the problem is running forged pistons will mean sleeving and dropping another grand. I will probably go that route in time along with pro 2 cams over the next year or so. Thanks for the info guys
In my opinion, since you want to spray and keep mild set up. Ever thought of using the Mahle Gold series pistons instead of the Type S? I highly recommend them for this set up....find an engine builder who knows about the FRM sleeves...I use a local porche shop for the honing work. They work very well for Nitrous and stock sleeves.

all reviews ive seen on those were bad. If i do i forged piston im sleeving the block that is personal preference since im building the engine not a shop, i dont want to use something that ive heard so many bad things about.
