questions about leaning out and vortech fmu
i have a greddy turbo set up on my sohc motor but i'm not running the blue box. i'm running a vortech fmu and check valves instead and heres my question. when i first had the turbo on i started leaning out so i bought a inline fuel pump and i still sorta lean out. sometimes its worse than other times and sometimes i dont even lean out at all. whats the problem with my fuel delivery? is it posible i have a kink in my fuel line somewhere since sometimes it leans and sometimes it doesnt? also when leaning out do you want to lower the clip on the fmu or raise it. i'm not too positive which clip i have in my fmu currently but i believe its a 12:1. people have told me to try run a 9:1. would this help? thanks!

running a 9:1 will actually make the car leaner. Just check the fuel lines or maybe buy a walhbro in-tank pump.

would i be running the walbro with the inline fuel pump or would i remove the inline when running an intank?

just the intank, no reason to run them both
